Controlled scheduling is our key to successful projects. A mutually responsive timeline and estimate for design and construction phases can be developed to create checkpoints for client approval. Detailed cost estimates are provided as early as the conceptual programming phase. Several techniques are used, including: "MEANS," a national labor and materials estimating guide; our own database of previous project estimates; and actual cost data from bidding contractors and vendors. Our quality control manual maintains consistency of drawings and specifications amongst project managers and staff throughout all phases. Each drawing is thoroughly reviewed by the project architect and the specification writer. We utilize the latest in CAD technology including Autodesk Revit, which incorporates Building Information Modeling, integrating 2D and 3D design techniques and capabilities.
