Our Savior’s Lutheran Church lost their Gothic-style church to a fire in South Minneapolis, Minnesota. Intent on retaining their presence in the Phillips Neighborhood, the congregation commissioned Kodet Architectural Group to design a contemporary urban facility on the original site. The 300-seat worship space is located on a busy corner with large windows allowing people on the street to view the worship service. The interior is kept open, with interior windows to encourage hospitality and community. A licensed community daycare and an English Learning Center are housed in the church in additon to the traditional support facilities.
