For over nine years, John Brandel has been a part of the design team at Kodet Architectural Group.  His responsibilities include:

• Construction Administration
• Code Compliance
• Cost Estimating
• Management and Coordination of Drawings with Consultants

Mr. Brandel's experience includes educational, municipal, religious, residential, and historic restoration projects.

Mr. Brandel’s previous knowledge allows the office to complete projects under budget and in a timely manner.  He strives to ensure clients that each phase of the design process will be an enjoyable experience.
