About Gera Exire LaTour As the marketing director for Kodet Architectural Group, an important aspect of Gera's job involves communication. She is responsible for getting the firm’s name out to potential clients and strengthening relationships with current clients. This includes designing brochures and sending out informational mailings. Gera composes responses to clients’ requests for proposals (RFP). Her background in the Fine Arts gives her the tools to design eye-catching marketing material, which communicate to the client that Kodet Architectural Group is a good match for their project needs. She develops the display boards and handouts that are taken to interviews with potential clients. Gera also designs Kodet’s annual holiday card, newsletters, print ads, and design contest submissions.
As an award-winning homebrewer, Gera has a leadership position with the Minnesota Homebrewers Association by organizing classes that teach people how to brew and judge beer.
