The City of Eden Prairie’s facilities were displaced by the construction of Highway 212. The City chose to relocate to an existing 66,000 s.f. structure and commissioned Kodet Architectural Group for both renovation and new work. The new facility consists of vehicle storage, offices, maintenance areas, shops, and a welding bay. Located on a restricted site, it maximizes the use and efficiency of space while adhering to strict local zoning criteria. |  |
