Improving safety, security, and enhancing the environment in which the students learn are the goals behind the addition and remodeling at Calvin Christian School’s Edina Campus. Kodet Architectural Group is currently working with staff and parents to provide the school with both a new image and, more importantly, much needed additional space. The school is currently fund-raising to provide their staff and students with a new media center and computer lab, which are more than double their current cramped quarters. In addition, new offices are being added directly by a new entrance way. By vacating their existing space, the former offices and media center can be converted into needed classrooms. The new layout allows for better control and monitoring of visitors in the building and a better division of grade levels in the building.
