Mandi Tauferner, AIA, ARA, LEED AP, CDT

Mandi approaches architecture with a `people helping people’ mindset, finding value in collaboration, listening to the client, and directing a team toward mutual goals. Her favorite projects are those that affect many different user groups and where the design and construction teams can also learn and grow. Past experiences include restoration, religious facilities, education, and public works. Outside of the office she maintains the same outlook and is a Big Sister in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, volunteers in local AIA and SARA chapters, supports local agriculture and, of course, supports Minneapolis’s many local breweries.
